BridgIn Loans(“we”, “us”) is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. Our address is 1 Finsbury Avenue, London EC2M 2PA, United Kingdom.
For anything to do with your data, email info@bridginloans.com.
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
We do not ask for card details, bank details or identity documents through this website. If those are needed later, we will collect them separately and securely.
When you submit an application, our system produces an indicative view of the deal from the figures you give us, weighing factors such as your exit strategy and the loan-to-value. This is used to give you an immediate illustration and to help us prioritise cases.
It is not a decision. No lending decision is made by automated means alone. A person reviews every case before any offer is made or declined, and you can ask us to explain any indicative result, share your point of view or ask a member of the team to look again.
We share personal data only where we need to. That may include:
We do not sell your personal data.
Our systems are hosted in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area where possible. Some of our service providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
We delete or anonymise data once we no longer need it. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
To exercise any of these, email info@bridginloans.com. We will respond within one month. There is normally no charge.
We explain the cookies this site uses, and how to control them, in our cookie policy.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right — see our complaints policy.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make a significant change we will make that clear on this page.
