What we store on your device when you use this site, why, and how to turn it off.

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Some are needed for the site to work at all. Others are used to measure how a site is used or to target advertising, and those need your permission before they can be set.
Some sites also use similar technologies such as local storage, which works in much the same way. Where we use those, we treat them the same as cookies.
At the moment this site sets strictly necessary cookies only. These do not need your consent because the site cannot work without them, and they are not used to track you or to advertise.
We are not currently running analytics or advertising cookies on this site. No Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta tracking is active at the time of writing.
We may introduce them in future to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising. If we do, we will ask for your consent first, and you will be able to accept or decline non-essential cookies and change your mind later. This page will be updated to list exactly what is used before anything is switched on.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you being able to sign in, but the rest of the site will still work.
Every major browser explains how to do this in its help pages, usually under Privacy or Security settings. For general guidance on cookies and your rights, see the ICO’s guidance on cookies.
For how we handle personal data more broadly, see our privacy policy. If you have a question about cookies on this site, email info@bridginloans.com.
